Overhead take-off continuous drawing machines XD Series

A wide range of gearbox types are available to meet any wire size and type.
Inverter motor provides high startup torque and allows stepless speed control plus slow-start and slow-stop functions.
Automatic control of wire accumulation at top of each block allows unmanned operation.
Types for drawing 5.5mm wire are avaiable as compact economy models that use a common frame and belt-type speed reduction.

Straight-Through continuous wire drawing machines

Back tensioning system provides a more uniform wire tension that makes these machines best for drawing hard-to-draw materials such as high carbon steel wire,piano wire,stainless steel,special wire,non-ferrous and alloy wires.
Choose from dancer through straight type by speed control or direct straight type by tension control.
Vertical or horizontal spindle types are avaiable to meet your exact needs.
