- SSH Series Single twist bunchers
Our single twist bunchers deliver more productivity than the DSH series drum twister-type laying up machines,and can also provide a tapping process from various materials. The take-up winding system uses a drum traverse mechanism in which both traverse width and pitch can be freely adjusted while the unit is running to assure a highly precise cable that's extremely dense and coherently aligned.

- PSS Series Planetary cage type laying-up machines
Our large scale cage-type laying up machines are best for laying up CV and CV-T covered cables, while the middle and small scale machines provide great performance for optical fiber cable laying up and armoring cables with steel wire. These machines use a precision construction with spannelements and special resin under-rollers to reduce noise and eliminate the chances of seizure during high-speed operation.

The BSH series double twist bunchers can give you a high-speed labor-saving lay-up process that's completely automated.
These machines can be equipped with optional automatic bobbin changeover systems that allow them to run unattended for loger periods of time.
An optional contorol unit is avaliable that lets you change lay pitch in 0.1mm increments.

- ASS Series Skip-type laying-up machines
These machines provide a highly productive lay-up process with low energy consumption. Lay-up quality is assured through the use of a U-type guide bow that maintains the same uniform tension at start-up, during running, and at shutdown.
Maintenance is greaty reduced through the use of special non-lubricating resin idler gears in the guide bow drive unit.
The haul-off unit uses a timing belt that allows lay-up speeds of up to 150m/min.
