Straight-Through continuous wire drawing machines
Features
Back tensioning system provides a more uniform wire tension that makes these machines best for drawing hard-to-draw materials such as high carbon steel wire,piano wire,stainless steel,special wire,non-ferrous and alloy wires.
Choose from dancer through straight type by speed control or direct straight type by tension control.
Vertical or horizontal spindle types are avaiable to meet your exact needs.
Inverter motor provides high startup torque and allows stepless speed control plus slow -start and slow-stop functions.
Machine operation is simple becouse wire passes directly from block to block or through dancer rollers only.
Patented block water cooling system (Pat.1568383) provides effective cooling even for small accumulations.
