FEATURES

Our large scale cage-type laying up machines are best for laying up CV and CV-T covered cables, while the middle and small scale machines provide great performance for optical fiber cable laying up and armoring cables with steel wire. These machines use a precision construction with spannelements and special resin under-rollers to reduce noise and eliminate the chances of seizure during high-speed operation.
Optional automatic drum changing systems can be installed to all machines.

  • ‘Automatic sector alignment’ for sector-conductor(Automatic angle-adjustment by motor. Available for manual operation)

  • Energy-saved main motor(Regenerate electric power at braking).
  • “Payoff bobbin automatic exchange mode” including cage slow drive rotation by switching operation.
  • Set-angle of bobbin holders(flyer) are inclined toward cross-head point. (Sector conductor feed through without external resistance.).
  • Tangential taping unit with 2 tape pads and tension control (Miyazaki original design)
  • Caterpillar(belt) type haul off unit(traction power:Max 3 ton) driven by independent motor.
