Coil openers speed up and simply wire loading by automatically pulling out the end of large diameter wire coils.

The pre-straightening unit performs initial wire straight-ening for the wire fed up to the drawing die.
Final bar straighteness is assured because residual coil stress is released before drawing.
The push pointer mechanism uses hydraulic power to insert the wire end into the drawing die (for wires over 15mm in diameter).

The natural rotational action of the drawing cam is converted into a linear motion to drive the draw carriage.
Wire is gripped by the jaws in the carriage and pulled through the drawing unit is also available for smaller diameter wires.

After bars are drawn, straightened, sheared, and polished, they are deposited in the bar delivery table.

Change in bar diameter, length, cutting depth adjustments are entirely handled through graphical interface; up to 100 different configurations can be registered.
According to your needs, chamfering units can come equipped with a shearing device.
Depending on the delivery setup, they can also be operated off-line as independent devices.
